Remote server monitoring via portal access

By centralizing the monitoring of servers and workstations on the Dashboard, a general overview of all IT equipment is available and it is possible to create a priority list of jobs to be performed. Through the centralized console, the customer can independently check the following areas:

Server Protection

• Protect your business information from malicious attacks by ensuring all antivirus or anti-malware software is up to date.
• Check that your server backup is running properly and help ensure your data is protected
• Patch Management (WSUS) status monitoring, ensuring critical updates are installed, so servers are protected from compromise
• Receive alerts about unauthorized access, thus preventing dictionary attacks on the network

Hardware and disk

The console allows you to stay up to date on relevant hardware performance, such as fan speeds and server temperatures, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), power supplies, external drives, etc.

Monitoring all aspects of performance

Get alerts about any performance slowdowns or issues with crucial server resources, so you can fine-tune or upgrade server components so your servers can continue to run smoothly.

Server roles and/or applications

Verify that your client's server is performing the email, web server, DHCP/login server, and database server roles for which it was configured.

Remote network monitoring via portal access

By centralizing network monitoring, it is possible to activate and verify on the console the functionality and status of network equipment through SNMP (Simple Network Monitoring Protocol) monitoring of equipment where applicable, network device connectivity, TCP service monitoring and ultimately the protection of the network itself.

Website monitoring via portal access

By centralizing website monitoring, it is possible to check whether a website or web application is responding, whether it is running, and therefore provide useful information.

Monitoring workstations via portal access

By centralizing workstation monitoring, it is possible to activate and verify the functionality and status of the fundamental parameters of the client PCs on the console.

Health checks for workstations and computers include:

• event log checks
• Antivirus update checks, to ensure the latest definition files are used
• Drive space changes monitors, to be alerted to issues that cause your drive to consume space rapidly
• Disk health checks, to be alerted in case of disk errors
• anti-hacker controls, to be warned of a possible high percentage of unauthorized access attempts
• Windows Services checks on services set to start automatically

Antivirus Update Installation and Monitoring The managed antivirus included in the service allows you to deploy, monitor, manage, generate reports and automatically remove viral threats by quickly and easily configuring an antivirus agent on servers and workstations

Due to the technical characteristics of the system, the following features can be activated: Availability and optional automated delivery of functional reports The system can be set to have professional reports and graphs delivered that can be used to identify the performance trend of the system and are available in various formats, including: pdf, xml, csv and sql dump, for total flexibility.  Daily system check: short report illustrating the results of daily checks on the health status
Weekly systems check: Schedule a weekly release, detailing the results of the previous week's daily health checks
